Donald and Karen Johnson moved from a small town in Iowa to Kansas City and found a building in Raytown and still have a location today.  Servicing the Metro area they built their relationships with the people and businesses in the community.  They believed that 24/7/365 emergency service was one of the most essential elements of serving customers. Along with maintenance programs to help find problems early and keep people as safe as possible.  As we all know you can't make a furnace or A/C break down between 9 and 5 Monday thru Friday it naturally prefers holidays and weekends.
